As a result of a rapid growth and business needs GDNndecided to extend its current delivery network (USA, India & Malaysia) withnEurope dedicated Nearshore Center in Poland nn We are looking for candidates who would helpnus build and drive PLM/MOM Application Support practice within our new DeliverynCenter in Wroclaw. nn Whatnare my responsibilities? nn Manage ticket priority, urgency,nescalation and service level agreements (SLAs) as per agreed measures Handling Production issues as pernSLAs - Analysis/Trouble shooting/Debugging Interaction with clients fornrequirement understanding, unclear/incomplete requirement, additionalnrequirement, input data issues Deliver final results toncustomer/end user Plan workload activity againstndeliverables and monitor progress effectively Assist the Project Manager in thenplanning and effective application of change management principles to thenproject, where required Assist the Project Manager on QoS,nSLA, CSI etc Develop relationships with the aimnof being seen as a trusted support personnel to customers and colleagues Lead in the problem-solving ofnissues through to resolution, providing considered workaround and viablensolutions to the customer Establish and build effectivenrelationships with customers with excellent communication skills. nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn nn What donI need to qualify for this job? nn 2 years of Experience innIT level 2 support. Must have experience in troubleshooting problems. Database (Oracles/ SQL): Administration,nMonitoring, Troubleshooting, SQL Query English (B2 level) German (B1nlevel) is a MUST Ability to understand the incidentnand problem. Ability to redirect ticketsnproperly Ability to simulate the problems Willingness to learn Siemens PLMnSoftware family.
